Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your NimantranApp account and what happens to your data when you do.

Option 1 — Delete directly inside the App (recommended)

  1. Open NimantranApp on your device.
  2. Go to Profile → Settings → Account.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm the action when prompted.

Your account is deactivated immediately and all active sessions are signed out.

Option 2 — Submit a deletion request by email

If you cannot access the app, email us at support@nimantranapp.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request and include:

We will process your request within 7 business days.

What data is deleted and what is kept

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

No data is shared with third parties after account deletion. Push notification tokens are removed immediately so you will receive no further notifications.
